2. Fill Out the Order Form
Complete the order form with your details and submit your request.
GameMaster: Delivery
If the product has the status "in stock":
- Order processing takes 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery across India is typically completed within 2-7 working days after your order is processed, depending on your location and the selected delivery method.
- Courier delivery typically takes 2-4 business days in major cities and 4-7 business days in remote locations.
- Delivery times may be extended during peak periods, such as major holidays, due to higher demand.
- For international shipments, courier delivery usually takes 7-14 business days (sometimes up to 30 days), while postal or EMS services may require 14-30 business days. Busy seasons can result in longer delivery times.
- Express shipping (UPS, DHL, etc.) is available for select countries and generally takes 2-5 business days.
- Please note: Couriers may not always call before delivery. If you are not available at the delivery address, you may need to collect your parcel from a designated pick-up point. The courier service will provide instructions if necessary.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact both the shipping company and our store support team. Claims regarding delivery delays will be considered only after the delivery periods mentioned above have passed. Delivery is considered to begin once your order has been handed over to the shipping company.
Return of goods
You can return the purchased GameMaster goods within 14 days from the date of receipt. The goods must be absolutely new, without signs of use, unopened, in the factory film or with original unopened stickers. Only the customer can arrange a return. All costs associated with the return of the goods are paid by the customer. The packaging of the returned goods must ensure the safety of transportation of goods and meet the requirements of transport companies.
Violation of rules
The administration of GameMaster may refuse a customer a purchase for violating the rules of using the site or violating the rules of delivery and payment.
